The self-inflating lifeboat is one kind of big throw-over inflatable liferafts with a capacity of 50 – 125 persons. It is mainly suitable for coastal and domestic voyages vessels, widely used to evacuate from ships in distress in an emergency, quickly inflated and formed automatically, when thrown into the water. The temperature inflating ranges from -30°c — +65°c.The installation height is 25m-36m from the water surface. Characteristics Of Self Inflating Life Boat
After throw-over from the ship, the life-raft can be self-righting inflated and opened automatically. If the ship sinks very fast and the inflatable life raft can not be thrown-over, the raft still can float up from water under the action of the Hydro-static Release Unit can be inflated and opened automatically.Have capacity to accommodate 50,65,100,101,125 persons.Have a canopy to protect occupants from exposure.The floor shall be watertight and insulated from protection against cold water.It is suitable for installing ships on international voyages. Max.
