Kathleen and Guy are the founders of East Coast Paddle Sports. Both are lifelong residents of the Ocean State and share a love for the Rhode Island coastline.

Kathleen is a high school counselor during the year and runs the day-to-day operations of ECPS. Kathleen’s work in education has provided ECPS with some of the most outstanding young employees. She prides herself on having top-notch college students that she knows personally working the docks and ensures that her employees receive thorough training to ensure that our customers experience with us is memorable one.

Guy is an Operations Manager for a local boat builder and is the CEO of East Coast Paddle Sports. He has over 25 years of management experience and business leadership and sits on the Board of Directors of the Governor’s Workforce Partnership of Greater Rhode Island, The Rhode Island Marine Trades Association, and the American Boat Builders and Repairers Association. Guy has extensive knowledge about the marine industry, water safety and hospitality.

Together, Kathleen and Guy enjoy meeting new people and working collaboratively with each other. The mission of ECPS is to help bring friends and families together and help them to create memories that will last a lifetime.
